True Math

True Math teaches your child foundational math concepts in a systematic and developmentally appropriate curriculum.

Level 1

Your child is introduced to the concepts of counting, writing and sequencing numbers 1 to 5. Your child’s exposure to math begins with simple exercises for counting and matching single objects. As your child’s confidence grows, more complex and challenging tasks are presented in a systematic sequence. Likewise, the number writing exercises systematically sequence from large pencil motions to increasingly smaller number formations designed to refine your child’s fine motor skills. A number of engaging activities teach your child the proper sequence of the numbers 1 to 5. Your child will also be introduced to the concept of addition in visually intuitive exercises.

  • Count from 1 to 5 Objects
  • Trace 1 to 5 (large)
  • Write 1 to 5 (medium)
  • Count Objects with Corresponding Numbers 1 to 5
  • Write 1 to 5 (small)
  • Counting Object Maze
  • Count Two Objects with Corresponding Numbers 1 to 5
  • Write 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 in Sequence
  • Find the Same Number of Objects
  • Number Identification Maze

After mastering the numbers 1 to 12, your child will be shown the basics of how to tell time and measure length with a ruler. The relative value of numbers is introduced with activities that teach your child to differentiate between numbers that are equal to, greater than, or less than another. The concept of volume and ordinal numbers is also presented. Addition exercises are extended to sums of 12.
